I remember parking at one of the saddest little quasi-malls just north of campus the last time I was there for a game. Also stopped at a convenience store on the way into town to get some cold beer. Wait - what? You don't sell cold beer? You have to buy warm beer and ice it down? Huh? Advantage: Fayetteville.
