I wouldn't call 10 bubble screens to Cooper per game a creative way to get your best player involved. Everybody does bubble screens these days.

Honestly, the most impressive thing Kiffin has done is this :

I watched most of the games. They throw a bubble screen to Cooper once or twice every possession depending on the length of the drive. They did it 3 times in the first quarter against Mississippi State but State played zone instead of man-to-man. One bubble screen was loss yardage, one was no gain and the other was a modest gain like 5 yards.
