I've received the King's treatment before, but only because I already knew people at the tailgate I was visiting which led to me being introduced and welcomed by even more people. Never have I just sauntered up to a random tailgate and been immediately welcomed with plentiful bounties of beer and hot food by complete strangers like some claim.

I get that treatment at 1 or 2 away games a year, but it's because I walk over to the main tailgate areas and mix and mingle with folks and they end up inviting me in. Great way to meet new people and have a good time.
