30 years ago UGA was the nicest place to visit. UGA was my second favorite team. Things changed, the rivalry is more heated. Soldier boy, Fairly, Auburn 3 undefeated seasons, one NC, UGA always losing to Florida, UGA fans trashing there own campus.
However, story seems over the top. Did have one fan outside the stadium and one fan inside the stadium act like a drunken jerk. See that everywhere.
Still, based on my last 5 trips each to LSU, UGA and BAMA. UGA is the worse. LSU fans rag on you, but good natured (talk to them and they offer you food and a drink), Bama fans are jerks, UGA fans want to fight.
