I just found out... Like literally 2 days ago. It makes me uneasy to think about now but nothing I can do about it and he was a good friend. No drama, always there through some hard times, but he just likes a really disturbing thing to me. It's unsanitary I completely agree, that's why I even posted this to see what everyone would do. Almost for ideas. I think the smart thing at this point is to keep him as a friend but the coming over to my house where my wife and kids are is off the table. I'll chat over the phone or text with him, maybe hunt or play golf or something and no longer allow this discussion to ever come up again.

That is mean. Not that he wants to hang out with your wife and kids anyway, but I really doubt he starts talking to them and convinces them to try it out.

Look man, you accept your friends as they are. He has done nothing to you or your family directly, and has never intended any harm towards you.
Is it gross? In my opinion yes, but you aren't doing it. He isn't doing it in front of you. Good friends are hard to find and keep. I'd just be honest with him that you are having a hard time dealing with the knowledge. Just tell him as a friend you still want to hang out with him but you don't want to hear any stories about it.
If he acts weird about it, just ask him if he'd have a problem if you all of a sudden told him you were gay and obsessed with giving dudes rim jobs and sucking cock and go I nto details about it. Or you could come up w some really gross images that he wouldn't enjoy.
Regardless, even if he is ok w hearing about it, you aren't. He should accept that and you can just get back to life.
