I have a friend who was nearly killed in a car accident and nearly lost his arm, another who recently was diagnosed with cancer -- both are in need of serious medical procedures.
If no one's supposed to know about it and it's the glory hole scenario -- goddamn right I'd slob that knob to get them what they needed.
There's tons of people I could help, and for fear of what? Being labeled as gay? shite, pass the ammunition. There are way worse things in this world than being labeled as gay.
EDIT: I wouldn't give them all the money of course, but I'd break them off some.

Yeah that's true I'd suck a dick to help someone I cared about get medical treatment and stuff. That's a good point. Just another man's semen in the back of my throat sounds so repulsive.
