The talent on offense is probably the best we've had. This could be our heaviest NFL draft ever but we've had a brain drain on the staff with Aliotti, Kelly, and Azzinaro leaving. Pellum isn't getting the most of the talent on the defensive side but he gets a one year pass in my book. I am hoping some extra weeks to plan will do our defense some good.

Yeah, haven't been impressed with the defense this year. The offense is pretty awesome, but the O'line hasn't been stellar. Mariota is a huge difference maker, not sure if people East of the Mississippi realize how good he really is since some of the games are so late. I'm a huge fan of his, not only in his performance but the way he carries himself on the field.
