I seems we have a lot going and we've never been there.
Maybe a list for "30ish year olds" with:
restaurants
bars
where to tailgate

As far as bars Dickson Street is the place nothing but bars and some good food down there too. It's close to a mile from the stadium.

Just make sure you bring your Parka for the cold temps and snow.

Dickson Street isn't quite a mile, but it feels like it if you are walking (and drunk).
