Based on what we've seen on the field, Alabama is on par with LSU, Ole Miss, UGA and Auburn.

MSU is the only team at the next level. While I think Alabama, Auburn and LSU all have the intangible and coaching edge to perform well in the playoff, MSU is the only team that has consistently avoided mediocrity.

Pettifogger, MSU was playing on a slightly higher level than Bama from Wk-1 to Wk-6, but over the last three weeks, that has leveled off. MSU relying too much on Dak, the Pass D still average due to MSU DB play. While Bama has slightly ramped up. MSU a slightly better OL and DL, similar LB level, but life-and-death nature of MSU at Ky and vs Ark..

MSU an underdog in TTown..gonna need to play their best game of the year..I hope the 'LSU Hangover' has some effect..Dogs need to help Dak this week.
