Based on the intentions? If the intentions come true and you have legal standing to disallow such an event that is unrelated to the commerce you're engaging, sure. You couldn't say, "see this wedding venue listed for couples to get married in? If you have the intent of getting married in it, then I won't rent it to you because I disagree with you being a black man marrying a white woman" as that is the commerce you are involved in, and civil rights are protected.
