Seems that way. Roger did a good job at explaining it ITT. I don't like the fine and I was disgusted at first, but it makes more sense now. Still think it's bullshite.

Yeah I'm not a fan of the law that tells a private business who they can service but it kind of is what it is. I'd hope someone running a business would be aware of it's state's discrimination laws before they do.
