If it's anything like a similar situation I read awhile back, it becomes an issue when people begin creating a business of renting their barns for events and then they fall under the umbrella of the state's discrimination laws from a business perspective,

I don't necessarily agree with the premise of the law, but it's still a law at that point.

Seems that way. Roger did a good job at explaining it ITT. I don't like the fine and I was disgusted at first, but it makes more sense now. Still think it's bullshite.
