As for TCU, why exactly are they so much more impressive than Alabama?

I think they did a good job. You can make arguments for some teams but there is clear logic on the top 10.

I think it's a good base to start with. Obviously I am West biased.
But all the teams in the west control their own outcome at this point. It's never been this way before. I like it alot.
