Referring to the DJ Pettway assault case he links, by all means read it. The victim has forgiven him, Saban even met with the victim and apologized to him and he doesn't think Pettway was the one who assaulted him and the legal system and the football program have punished him. The other two are long gone from the team. Same with Nick Marshall. He has gone through the process. Winston has not.

Team Vote went through the legal process as well, and he and Miles got plenty of crticism from ESPN and all other sports media. They took their lumps and didn't whine. They both got/get plenty of praise too when merited. That's what happens when you play and coach for a big time program. He reeks of Thayer Evans butt hurt type journalism. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconwah.gif)
