The concourses are way too small. You can barely walk three wide. Causes terrible bottlenecks. The steps are very steep, narrow, and on top of that, PAINTED. Multiple people slipped on the steps near us because they were wet. My dad, who's handicapped, nearly fell quite a few times. The upper deck is steep, which does keep you closer to the field horizontally, but it also makes it one of the two tallest stadiums in the SEC. So you are still far as shite from the field. I've sat in the upper deck twice and in the lower seats twice. The lower seats are better and don't have any of the problems I already mentioned, but it still seems like a run down stadium. On another note, does any other SEC stadium besides Neyland still have troughs in the bathrooms?

Sounds like you've sat in the south endzone, which is about to be renovated after the season along with the east side( where visitors section is)

After the renovations, I'd say the troughs will be gone
