How important is the Missouri Game?

To me, it's crucial. Missouri has been Jekyll and Hyde this season. I know it's in Columbia, but it's a very winnable game for UK, and I think it's extremely important for UK to go in there and continue to play well on defense, offense, and have a decent game on ST. Need to score first too.
I think a win in Columbia could springboard this team to 8 wins.
If they don't win another game, they have still been phenomenal this season, but I think the comeback from the Joker years reaches completion with a win this weekend.

Depends on who is viewing the question
Georgia fans would love UK to win as it knocks the Tigers out
Missouri fans would love for the Tigers to win as it may cripple Georgia
Georgia still has 5 games - while many have just 4, and LSU has only 3 left - and their schedule has several games of note (WLOCP, DSOR, and COFH) so UK win gives them some breathing room. It also give UK a real hope for the classic trap game. UGA comes to CWS between WLOCP and DSOR and that really should help the Cats.
Viewed this way
a) Kentucky has already exceeded expectations for this year
b) Loss this weekend ended all hopes for a MNC run
c) 1 more win and they are bowl eligible
d) 2+ wins and they raise the bowl stock accordingly
4 games remain and anything between 0-4 (5-7) and 4-0 (9-3) is possible.
#1 @ Missouri - Tigers seem up and down and not playing well at home are positives for Cats
#2 vs Georgia - looking like classic trap for Georgia
#3 @ Tennessee - Who knows but certainly winnable
#4 @ Louisville - gut feeling tells me this is the easiest win of the 4
If you feel UK wins in Columbia and springboards from there, why not think 9 wins instead of 8?
If you feel the need to erase Joker is the issue, then beating Georgia is the bigger win

I'm not in a position to answer the question in your thread title, but it is most definitely a winnable game for UK. Our offense is putrid. If your DLine sneezes, Mauk will start scrambling like a chicken with his head cut off.
Our D is pretty solid. The DLine has been stout. The LB's have improved nearly every game. On ST, just don't let Murphy return a kick and you'll be fine.
It seems to me the obvious key to the game will be turnovers. When Mizzou gets them, they do well. When they don't, they struggle. If y'all protect the ball it will be a game.
