It is the largest city in the state, the capital city at that, with everything most other cities have (interstates, large shopping malls, museums and historic sites, beautiful municpal parks and golf courses, a USS WWII museum vessel, casinos, lurxury hotels, some of the best restaurants in the south, 2 universities, one of which has one of the most beautiful campuses in the country, and a 600,000 metro area population....

But it's a 'joke.'

YOUUUUUUUUUUU are the joke....

At least in La, we don't serial murder dozens of children and bake our sons in car seats while we text like in your state.
