I dont think he is the guy. His scheme is too passive. I fall in the camp that finesse passive schemes have the habit of breaking down too easily. I like Snyder i think he is a helluva guy. But i think our units both offense and dedense need to dictate the terms of engagement more often than reacting to what is being done.

I agree, and if I had to pick one thing on defense that's disappointed me more than our continued incompetence at tackling, it would be how lax we are when "manned up" in pass coverage. I'll never understand how on 3rd and 6, our corners are giving 9-10 yards of cushion.
