Tennessee vs Alabama.
The story of southern football is etched into the history of the rivalry. It's hard to pick a more important series in the history of the SEC.
LSU vs Ole Miss has a wonderful clash of culture and connects the two schools in the SEC most closely connected to the Mississippi River and it's delta. That being said, it lacks the historic relevance of the TSIO.

I'm not answering the question, but it seems like LSU/Ole Miss have had the more memorable games:
-Billy Cannon's Halloween Run
-The night the clock stopped
-Eli tripping
-Les Miles "Clock it!" with Jordan Jefferson
I wasn't around for the first two, but heard about them enough.
That 2010 game where Mount Cody blocked that game winning FG attempt by Tennessee was very memorable though.
