I haven't read through this entire thread but it seems people actually think that the sip schools out cheated the big boys and that's why we are here. First off go look at any of MSU commits ever and tell me where one looks fishy. Then go look at our big bad cheating 2013 class and give me a kid that only came to OM because we paid him more money than the big schools.
We beat that recruiting power Okie state for Megaquon. Ohhhh how did we ever pull that one off.
We had the #1 player in the country's brother.
The #2 safety in the country lived 20 miles away
We were always in Laremy's top 5 throughout his recruitment but noone listened to him. Out of the top 5 we were the only ones to give his brother a full ride.
We got the top JC player in the country because he's from MS, we placed him in JC two years before, and one class wouldn't transfer to Auburn. If it did, he'd be there and said as much.
It only take a little time to figure out how 2013 happened but people hate facts and love lazy journalism

We bought Quay. That went swimmingly.
Ultimately, if we are being serious, every single player is breaking the rules and getting something. Bottom line is if you outright buy a guy that isn't where he really wants to be, the chances of him being a bust go through the roof. I never want to "buy" players -- I just want to offer match and let them go where they fit best. Basically just a level playing field.
