You don't think UGA suffered injury by suspending Todd Gurley for a game? It may not be a good claim, but I would imagine it will be threatened if it means that we get Gurley back.

Also, what do we know about Bryan Allen financially? The memorabilia shop he was a co-owner of went out of business. Allegedly, he was fired slightly before that due to taking cash from the store and there were some legal ramifications there. He attacked Gurley so he could "recoup" some of his money after Gurley duped him. All you have to do is threaten this guy with a lawsuit and he'll change his tune I would image.
