You want me to link your depth chart?
If no players leave early you lose
OFFENSE
3 olinemen
2 of you 3 wrs
Starting te.
DEFENSE
You lose 3 of your staring dlineman
Your best lb
3 of your staring 4 in the secondary.
This is best case scenario and none of your underclassmen leave.

Our coaching staff at my previous school attended the Miss. State spring clinic about 4 years ago.
Here were my takeaways from that trip:
1. Facilities were sub par compared to the other SEC facilities I've seen.
2. Mullen used that to motivate his players. They played with a chip on their shoulder, even in practice.
3. Mullen was very personable and they kind of guy I would have no problem coaching my kid.
4. There was a definite "family" atmosphere with the staff and the team. Kind of "us against the world" mentality.
5. It was comical that they wouldn't mention Ole Miss by name, just "that school up North".
6. doesn't surprise me that they have things on track, He hasn't won the big game in that past but seems like they have turned the corner as far as that goes.

Best of luck the rest of the way Dawgs...... except against the Hogs!

Your problem is you are just looking at the starting 11 on both sides of the ball.

I am sure though the excuse next year will be just wait until State loses Prescott, so continue on...

First, we only had one senior WR play Saturday. Second, we have had 12 WR's catch passes this year, 2 of them are Seniors. Third, we bring in the best JUCO WR in the nation, averaging something stupid like 160 yards a game, with 3 to play 3 in January.

Best LB

We lose our best LB, and replace him with a RSoph 4 star that was defensive player of the week last week.

3 olinemen

Our current OL combines for 5 stars (according to 247 sports), we have the same turnover there as last year and they will be replace by 3 star guys that have been developing for 2-4 years.

3 of starting 4 DL

Nick James and Chris Jones are our "2 deep", that play as much time as the starters and are far more talented. We lose Preston smith and rotate in a guy who had like 4 sacks last week. You aren't comprehending when we tell you that we have the talent and depth to move into starting positions.

The guys you see now are from NR to one or two 4 star guys that developed. How do you think it's going to look over the next few years when those kids developing are 3-5 star athletes? Our starting DT's next year are 4-5 star guys. Same at LB. This program isn't in a miracle year, it is still building.

When will you just admit you don't know shite about our team and actually learn to listen? Next year, we return 4 guys with starting experience on the OL, 4 WRs with starting experience, all RBs with starting experience, our tHeisman finalist QB, 6 of 10 DL -- including the 3 with the most natural talent and at least two expected major contributors coming off redshirt/out of JUCO, 4 of 7 experienced linebackers with at least one freakshow coming off redshirt/out of JUCO, and at least 4 DBs returning with starting experience, and guess what another freakshow coming off redshirt.

Your experience with 3 year undrafteds rushing to get the heck out of Baton Rouge and playing 39048309 true freshmen has warped your mind on how these things work for the rest of us.

Fact - there is practically no chance we see a starting OL next year with less than 2 years in our program. Most will have 3+. Fact - the guys filling those roles were more highly recruited than the 2 unrecruited 2*s and one NR walk-on we are replacing.

Fact - it is highly unlikely we see a starting DL with less than 3 years in our program.

Fact - This senior class all the "SEC fans" are freaking out about us losing and falling back to mediocrity has proven to actually probably be the worst one we've had under this regime overall, albeit a large class. We graduate ONE composite 4* this year. Let that sink in.
