Does anyone else get the feeling that Jameis might be legitimately mentally retarded? I'd wager his IQ is in the 60s, and I don't think many would disagree.


That being said, is it morally right to prosecute an invalid for crimes which he hasn't the capacity to understand?

I think he just believes he can do what he wants and doesn't think about consequences. Fear of getting in trouble and morals is what stops most people from doing things they're not supposed to.

With him, he obviously has no morals and when he does something, all he sees is his HC turn around and call everyone else liars. That being said, I've have never heard him say anything to make me think he's too bright. So it's probably a combination of both.
