Total defense doesn't tell the whole story. You take out their pass D and they compare or are better than us in some categories.
Scoring D they are 22nd. Badass front 7.
Here is the thing though. We are by far the best defense they will have played and it's not even close. That is why I like our chances in this game.

That is 50% of playing defense. Why would I take that out? If everybody is torching them through the air, that's going to help their run numbers

That's due to them being 2nd in Redzone D.
We are 1st in redzone O. And have been consistently top 10 in that category since Gus got here I believe.
Should be a great game.
