Given, this is coming off of a win over the #1/#2 team, but how are y'all feeling about him overall right now?

His playcalling goes full retard at times, but that seems to be the only complaint.

Elite program manager. Does a wonderful job recruiting and developing players. Keeps them eligible with academics and keeps them (for the most part) out of legal trouble.

On the field he can sometimes leave something to be desired. The gimmick pass plays have to go. I'm sick and tired of seeing them.

He's young though and has learned a lot already. Hell he even kicked field goals yesterday.

He's in only his 4th season being a college head coach. He is quickly turning our program around, but still has a lot to learn too. Right now, he is the perfect coach for us.

I wouldn't trade him for anyone else right now.

He's stellar and still learning, and look what he's done.

What I think he needs is a true OC that he can trust to run the offense completely autonomously on game day. Get that so that he can fully concentrate on other duties on game day and he'll be golden.

I thought Freeze called a great game outside of the Treadwell and Liggins trying to pass.

We were just coming off 2 of the worst seasons ever in the history of our program. The players had completely given up on the previous staff. Over 30 players were in danger of being academic casualties. There was no hope.

Freeze came in. He had less than 30 days to recruit and brought in a decent class. He put in place a program to get the academics straightened out. At the end, only two players didn't make it.

He made the players "buy-in" to believing in themselves. Most players did but there were some that didn't. As the 1st season wore on, more believed. He did the unthinkable. He took a terrible team from the ashes and went to a bowl game.

He then hauled in the best class ever in school history. ESPN was a 48 hour Ole Miss commercial. The next season we won some big games and went to a second bowl game. This led to another decent class of recruits.

Now we are 5-0 for the first time since 1962. We hosted gameday for the first time ever. We beat Alabama without a Manning and are a legitimate top 5 team.

He's done miracles. Pay the man.
