I don't think it's the best tail gate experience at Neyland, but it's definitely the most unique.
If you're trying to be in the thick of it, hit up circle park or the block parties in the Fort.

There's no guarantee without knowing someone because a lot of people want the same thing. Your best chance is to show up early in your full gear, talk to people (we're not a shy people at all - if anything we're overly friendly), and just hang out. Tell them you'd been wanting to see the Vol Navy for a long time - ever since you heard about it or whatever - and just hope for an invite. If there's not too many people and you're lucky you might get asked aboard one of the boats for a little bit.

In your opinion, where is the best place to tailgate? Where do opposing fan bases tailgate, or do they just join the Tennessee tailgaters?
