I am SURE that he's at least doing that. But then again, as Jefferson claimed in his renamed thread, kneehigh is Gata, thomass is Gata, UGA V is Gata, and he is sure that "there's others", and it's "time to delouse this place."
Jefferson is naming names, some in public, most assuredly in private. If you are Gata, expect the ban-hammer.
