This is what we're teaching the 7-yr-old in our life about sportsmanship/what to do when his team loses:
1. Post-game, always shake hands with the opponent.
2. Make eye-contact and be sincere.
3. Say "congratulations," or "good game."
4. Don't make excuses (e.g., "No fair," "You cheated," "It wasn't my fault we lost").
5. Listen to your coach and follow his example (he's a Christian man).
6. Cool off.
