That looks really intentional and it is hilarious. 
eta: it also looks like Spurrier's players all hate him. They were all like "hmmmph, whatev."
I'd think if an opposing QB had gone out of his way to bump Bielema 10 yards from the sideline there would be a big arse fight. Same with Bama, Tennessee, LSU, MSU, Kentucky. Not so much with Florida, Georgia, or Auburn.

I think if a WB went out of his way to try and truck Beilema there would be a huge pileup of players... laughing their butts off at the sight of the QB bouncing off of him and getting laid out.
