Chaney is a great play caller 98% of the time.
The problem is that the 2% seems to always be at crunch time and really, really matter.

Agreed, though I'd probably put it at like 85/15.
Still though, that 15%, coming at a poor time, can peter a game away or simply negate a promising drive.
