think the coaches have to put more confidence in him, but I think he has to know the offense for more than 3 games.

Come on man he's a junior with enough playing time to be way beyond where he is now. He runs the play that's called and nothing more. His mental capacity to adjust to what the defense gives him is very suspect. I seriously doubt at this point in his career he will advance to any more than what we have seen so far. If Roper sticks with him then we drop games to USCe and UGA and Boom is gone.

Would not be surprised if he was fired on Monday already, honestly.

Again though: Driskel hasn't been the reason we've lost or almost lost these last few games.

Our defense is awful. It's just plain bad, the worst we've had in a long time.

He broke his leg last year and played two and a half games, in the past two years he's had five games total and didn't play all the way through his first year.

Kid has barely played while having a bunch of years, but he's clearly athletic enough and with a bit of experience he'll be what we need.

Wrong. I feel strongly that we win our remaining SEC games in the Swamp...but that leaves UT, Vandy and UGA. We have to beat UT and then its UF-UGA battle...but UGA may have several Ls in SEC play by then...as will USC. It will war by attrition
