Go recruit? Drive through Kansas some time and get back to us about what you think you could get to come.
drive through Nebraska and get back to me about how Tom Osborne won 13 conference titles and three NC's in about the same amount of time as Snyder.

Because Tom Osborne is a top 10 coach of all-time and Snyder is only a top 10 coach currently. Apples to oranges comparison.

Osborne took over a program that Bob Devaney had made into a national powerhouse. Devaney won MNCs in 1970 and 1971 before Osborne took over in 1973.
In the 11 seasons before Osborne took over Nebraska won 101 games.
In the 11 seasons before Snyder took over K-State had won 27 games.
Osborne inherited a team that had won 17 "Big 8" Championships.
Snyder took over a team that had 1 "Big 8" Championship, won in 1934.
