I didn't have time to read the whole post, but I read the article. I like Coach Richt, but the mentality I think he has allowed that whole program to settle for is the "there is more to college football than w's and l's."

That is true, but a program of Georgia's caliber is a little beyond that way of thinking don't you think? The "kids" in his program are grown men in a big time, big money, program.

The whole "moral program" thing is great for a team like Kansas, Indiana and Wake Forest, etc., but you are talking about a program that pays million upon millions of dollars to a man and his coaching staff to do one (or two) things:

Push your team to the highest level and WIN Championships.

Eventually it's all going to come down to "are we meeting expectations and getting the greatest overall value for our team" for the money we are paying. It doesn't look like it...not for a product as solid as UGA football as a whole.
