If Auburn beats K State, it won't be because K State wasn't prepared

I've always admired Bill Snyder as a coach. He's probably had plenty of chances to leave for bigger and better things but he's decided to stay there. As a result, he consistently fields a team that probably has no business playing with the big boys but does.

Here's a great article from several years back detailing his approach. He may not have the horses, but I'm sure coaches from around the SEC will be tuning in to see if he provides the blueprint for beating the power spread attack.

I thought Chavis gave that blueprint last year.

I've read both of his books.

Let's remember - he built K St up, then retired, they fell to the bottom, he came back and rebuilt them again.

He is a very very very special coach and special man. He's one of the top five college football coaches of all time IMHO. Forget about win totals. He's the high because he is such a good coach AND a good man.

You need look no further than Oregon's blowout of a top ranked K-State in the Fiesta bowl. They have no clue how to stop a spread attack. Auburn rolls in this game.

KSU simply doesn't have the boys in the trenches to keep this one close. Auburn by three scores

You linked a 15 yr old article that references "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz.... think about that shite for a minute. You're trying too hard.

CBS is a great coach and a legend. His team will be well prepared and playing before a fired up home crowd on national TV. I expect a strong battle particularly in the first half.

I think AU gets the advantage in the 2nd half and pulls away. if it stays close late, I am gonna have a fluctuating sphincter though.

Should be hot there too. 90 deg in the day plus 81% humidity. Some rain possible, but no stiff dew expected.

Sure it will

AU's offense is predicated upon making sure the other team isn't ready, play in and play out.

Unfortunately, the secret will be out after Thursday. People that were hyping UGA will realize that Auburn is everything they thought UGA was after the first week.

AUB will win comfortably, but I know KSU will play hard. Always have respect for what Bill Snyder has done there.

He constantly manages to turn a bunch of low-recruited players and juco transfers into a very competitive team. He is a very impressive coach. Especially considering it's a terrible school in the middle of nowhere in a shite state.

Exactly. This is why all of the blowout predictions are silly.
