I'm 2 years younger than him and have followed his career since he arrived at Florida...as a player. I have no problem giving him a lot of credit for his accomplishments, but to state that he's a better coach than Coach Bryant was is just ridiculous. Hell, Spurrier is 69 years old and Coach Bryant died when he was 69...after winning 323 games and SIX national championships..man please!

I agree but I did not state that. not even close. re read it. I said AT THAT AGE. the bear was worn out the last coupla years he coached and his heart was not in it. spurrier is still ticking. sometimes you damn bama fans take umbrage at the mere mention of bear Bryant if it is not kissing his arse. I DID NOT say anything bad about him yet you either can't read or just make shite up to start something.

and if you actually followed spurrier since he was a player you wouldn't have dissed him the way you did.
