no figuring required. I lived through it and observed it. i'm not knocking the bear tho man, i'm trying to teach you about spurrier. I also watched him play QB for UF back in the 60's and saw how he taught the SEC the importance of DB's as a coach. he's really one of the great ones and deserves more respect than you gave him. oh, and as an LSU fan, I hate Florida but gotta give Spurrier his due.

I'm 2 years younger than him and have followed his career since he arrived at Florida...as a player. I have no problem giving him a lot of credit for his accomplishments, but to state that he's a better coach than Coach Bryant was is just ridiculous. Hell, Spurrier is 69 years old and Coach Bryant died when he was 69...after winning 323 games and SIX national championships..man please!
