Under normal circumstances, sure.
South Carolina also has a 24-point blowout loss at home on their resume. It's still about entire body of work to me.
I'd rank Georgia ahead of South Carolina currently. But that's just me.

I also believe UGA is probably better. Taking rankings too serious this early is pretty silly.
