im sure people are clamoring to the trademark office to get their hands on "Kenny Trill"

Damn straight they are. In fact, Kenny's parents weren't even the first to attempt to trademark the name. One of you cajun jokers were the first start "clamoring"

ESPN also notes that Hill wasn’t the first person to file a trademark request for “Kenny Trill.” That honor goes to a person named Andrew S. Rose of Metairie, La., who submitted his request one day before Hill’s parents. Rose will have to get Hill’s permission if he wants to get the trademark, which seems unlikely.
