Objectively there's no way Georgia is the #2 team in the nation. I think Mason will be solid this season but he's pretty much an average QB in terms of skills and athletic ability. Gurley is great but our OL is not. Our receiving core is sorely depleted.

UGA fans are excited about Pruitt as DC but I think he's probably at least one or two recruiting classes away from having the players he needs for a championship defense. Our front 7 are pretty darn good but our Secondary is young and not deep.

We will likely struggle as usual in Columbia Sat. If we can win it by a FG I will elated that we dodged a frequent bullet there.

It's early of course but so far Oregon, Auburn and A&M look like the 3 best teams. How well SC plays vs Georgia will say something about how good the Aggies are. They looked damn impressive from my perspective.

I will say that I don't think South Carolina gets up for anyone as well as they get up for Georgia.
