Something you have to understand is we have to have to same requirements as MS Valley ST, Alcorn, etc because if not it's apparently racist. Because of that anyone that wants to go to OM has no reason to ever take the ACT more than once. No one is taking act prep course or taking it multiple times becuS they are already in the school they want to attend

LSU's biggest issues with the state are two things:

For one, LSU has wanted to raise its tuition substantially for awhile now. You look at the parking lot and see very nice cars left and right, indicating our dirt cheap tuition can be raised. However, the state has bad regulations and ties LSU's hands.

Also, Louisiana has more D1 schools than the entire state of Florida, which has four times our population. the state underfunds LSU horribly compared to most flagship universities. It's incredible LSU has still managed to grow like it has
