These are college kids. Let's at least pretend like we care about the classes they take. What's the timeline of these games?

With the extended playoffs and seasons most of you all are referring to, student athletes will definitely get paid.

OK, how does this look to everyone? If there is a problem with the wording or I have missed a key element, help me out, word it the way you think it should be or give me the wording for the issue you think I missed.

Make Every College Football Game Count

1. 12 Teams seeded using an objective seeding method chosen by Strength of Schedule and BCS system with computerized alorigthm.

2. All of the Top 8 Conference Champions would be automatically in the playoffs. All conference champions must play 9 conference games to be eligible for automatic bid into top 8.

3. The 4 additional At-Large teams would be included in the playoff system based on the seeding procedure. No team who's conference is already represented in the 8 conference champions can be eligible for At-Large selection.

4. Top 4 Conference Seeds would get a bye in the first round.

5. Seeds 5 through 12: Semi-final games will be played at the higher seeded teams home field. 5th seed would play 12th, 6th would play 11th, 7th would play 10th, 8th would play 9th.

6. First two weeks of playoffs would be played at higher seed home field.

7. All other teams would be go into a pool of bowl teams.

This process keeps the regular season meaningful because everyone will want to finish in the top 4 to earn the Bye. It also insures the smaller conferences a fair shot at the Championship.
