With the 100 million, I'm imagining a castle built atop a mountain, with a bunker underneath able to withstand most all weapons but a nuke, with about 15K sq ft and a third of that housing long term food storage, overlooking about 3000 acres of surrounding property, with 30 acres around cleared pasture so I could see anything approaching.
