He says he's already doing community service for the arrest. Sounds like his family, a lot of which still lives in Mobile, will be able to see him play more now.

Which is why it sounds to me A LOT like a youthful offender/pre-trial diversion agreement has already been set up between his lawyer and the DA there.
If so, this stuff disappears like a puff of smoke when he's finished his CS.
