Seeing as how 75% of the posters in the ATS thread are picking Arky to cover, I would say no, it's not possible that the Rant is underestimating the Hogs chances.
Personally, I think the spread is outrageous, and that the game will be at least as close as last year, probably closer.

Granted, that could be because they think Auburn is going to be just as shitty as Arkansas this year...
