Well if you're wanting to get technical than there isn't many true PGs left if you're talking in the sense of NBA history, but in the modern era Rose and Westbrook are considered true PGs to me because the game is different. Now that being said I know what your saying. There are very few left but there still are some. Paul, Rondo, Rubio, and Parker are the best in the business at facilitating and offense.

They are points more out of necessity than the game changing. If the Bulls or Thunder had a true facilitating points then both of them would be playing a slashing 2 guard role. Regardlesd of whether you want to call it guard or forward Strictly speaking of skill sets Lebron is much more of a point when he's not posting up than either Westy or Rose.
