No. All of that. Just no.

What I think we need is a civilian review board which processes excessive force complaint in situations like this Michael Brown. It needs to be separate from the police.

cameras plus a review board would be a good thing in cases like this.

IMO it would show the cop was mostly correct in this case vs brown. You might be able to point some of his handling of the suspect before the shooting as questionable but in the end probably justify putting brown down.

This or something along those lines. It's not about stopping those rare instances where a cop exceeds his authority because there will always be bad cops just like there are bad everything else. For me, it's about accountability when it does happen.
