Mizzou is guilty of not conducting an internal investigation of something there wasn't enough evidence of to have criminal charges filed. Something that the accused denies. That's it.

There are lots of false rape claims, definitely. But they are miniscule compared to actual instances of rape/sexual assault. And
when you have a guy who is repeatedly being accused, maybe his pleas of innocence become slightly less credible?
