I'd say based on just college play and stats and records -
1. Florida 2. Georgia 3. LSU 4. Alabama
As an aside, what SEC programs have produced an NFL HOF QB ? Off the top of my head:
Georgia - Fran Tarkenton
Alabama - Bart Starr, Joe Namath, Ken Stabler
Ole Miss - Charley Conerly ???, (Archie was close)
A&M - Rote???
LSU - Y.A. Tittle, (Bert Jones was close)
Possible future NFL HOF SEC Qbs:
Aaron M, Matt S., Eli, Peyton, and of course,
Zach M.
