You should prolly have this Convo with your advisor, and not the with the great minds of TD. in all honesty.
My advisor was great when it came to any questions and knew exactly what direction to point me in.
Now if I actually listened to my advisor is a while different story haha

I have talked to my advisor several times. She has helped me set up a potential internship. She's cool and has helped a lot. I was just hoping to get some good specific information on a potential career track from people across the south east.

You were lucky then. My dept advisor's career advice left no questions as to why they had become a college advisor. Faculty advisors can be a little more helpful, but they are just gonna say go to grad school.
