2011 Alabama was one of, if not the best college defense of all time, but not one of the greatest ever complete teams just because the offense, while great, wasn't like OMG great, plus the special teams were mediocre/average at best.

95 Nebraska and 04 USC were truly historically exceptional teams.

2012 Bama was pretty freaking dominant.

Arky - 52-0
Ole Miss - 33-14
Mizzou- 42-10
Tenn - 44-13
Miss St - 38-7
LSU - 21-17
Auburn - 49-0

They did lose to TAMU. But other than that the only game that was close was LSU.
